Episode 04: Tahini Coffee Shake & Rapid Fire

Here’s how you can make the Vanilla Tahini Date Shake with Coffee as featured in the fourth episode!

The following makes 2 servings:

  • 1.5 cups ice

  • 3 tablespoons tahini

  • 2-3 very soft Medjool dates

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup strong coffee

  • pinch of salt

1. The dates need to be soft, so if they aren’t, cover them with boiling water for at least 5 minutes and then drain.

2. In an upright, high speed blender, combine the ice, tahini, dates, vanilla, salt and coffee.

3. Blend until smooth.

4. Pour shake into a glass and enjoy immediately!
